Cigars or Cigarettes? Help me decide...

Text

My friend gave me a box of these today. I got home and looked them and I dont know what to do...
Do I smoke them like cigarettes? ( I smoke cigarettes)
Or do I smoke them like a cigar.....How do you smoke cigars in comparision to cigarettes?

These "things" are the size of a small finger and have the girth of a pencil.

Ok, so how do you smoke a cigar properly in comparision to cigarettes?

1. Smoke it SLOWLY! Biggest problem cigarette smokers have is smoking too fast. Enjoy it. This is good tobacco and it's 100% tobacco, unlike mass market cigs. Don't waste it in 5 min 🙂
2. Don't inhale (as much).

So smoke it like a cigarette...except:

Dont inhale much....but it is ok to inhale

and

Smoke it slowly

Good cigar + good cognac = heaven

really? They mix well?

I dont have much experience with fine alcohol and cigars.

I go to bars, smoke lots of cigarettes, and drink shots and shots chased my beers and beers. Nothing classy.

You're sposed to stuff them. 😉

I've never had a Davidoff, but it is anything like a Philly either use it for wraps or chunck the box. Can't stand the things (and I smoke cigarettes and cigars). 😛

Yeah. Doesn't have to be cognac - any kind of brandy will do. I'm surprised you've never heard of cigars and brandy going together. It's kind of like milk and cookies for adults. 😉

Davidoff is well-known brand. You say you smoke cigars, but you haven't heard of Davidoff?
Either way, though, it's not a drug-store low-quality cigar.

Dunno, im only 17 so my only experience with Phillies is rippin out and trashin the tobacco and fillin them with... other things. green things.

You smoke them like a cigar. The word cigarillo litarlly means "little cigar."

As does the word cigarette. From the French:

cigarette

\Cig`a*rette"\, n. [F. cigarette.] A little cigar; a little fine tobacco rolled in paper for smoking.

It is a little cigar.
Smoke it like a cigar, which means avoid inhaling. Just fill your mouth with the smoke, taste it for a while and let it back out of your mouth. Make sure you have eaten before or be someplace you can spit. The nicotine will accumulate in your saliva and if you swallow it you can get an upset stomach.

Davidoff is a high end cigar maker, so these should be good cigars.

If you are uncomfortable with them, feel free to give them to me.😀😀😀

Good point, although cigarette has mutated to refer strictly to finely chopped tobacco rolled in a paper wrapper...
