Cigarette power outlet with auto shutoff feature?

Does anyone know of a convenient cigarette lighter splitter or outlet that I can plug my inverter into, but also measures the voltage and automatically cuts off power when it detects low voltage? I'm not looking for something that mounts to the battery, but something that just plugs into the existing 12V socket and acts as a pass through or splitter for anything that hooks up to it as well as a volt meter and programmable automatic shutoff switch.

Don't want an inverter. I had an inverter that did that before too. And the car was still dead.

Wow, that's really low actually. I'm almost certain the car would no longer start at that voltage.

Would be nice to have something that is user-adjustable.

You seem to always have power problems. That's a 45 watt solar kit with a charge controller and various adapters, including cigarette lighter plugs.
