I'm referring to the word RULES here, which form was it used as?

It could be used like, the Cider House's rules
the Cider House rules all
or the Cider House RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULES.

In the film and book it's a noun, however it is possible that there is a Cider House (maybe the kind that makes Cider of the Warm Dickens variety) that rules. I am not sure how it could be used as an adjective though.
