CICS emulator for Windows needed

Hello all,

I need to aquire a CICS emulator for Windows. Does anyone know of such a thing or have any recommendations on one to use?

Are you talking about CICS that runs on a mainframe? If so, I know of a few different pieces of software that will let you do this. I work in a large mainframe datacenter and we use them all the time.

Let me know and I'll post the names of them!

OK... I know of 3 of these. They are called 3270 Emulators. The best one that I've used is called RUMBA and it was made by a company called WallData up until a few years ago. Now it has been bought by Netmanage. I haven't used it since it was purchased by Netmanage. Link

Attachmate makes one called Extra! Link

And the last one I know about, and the one I currently use is called Reflections and its by a company called WRQ. It's OK and it serves the purpose...very stable. Link
