Has anyone here been hired or interviewed with the CIA or NSA? I'm trying to find out a bit more about the application process. The type of interviews they give to recent grads in the CS field, stuff like that.

Thanks

I am the perfect candidate for this response,... I was interviewed by the NSA and I was a computer science major looking to get into those fields..

I also have a friend who is working for them now

I'm not sure how accurate this information is but I heard/read somewhere that they mostly recruit people with post graduate degrees.

lies, they try to get interns and turn them into full time positions after graduating

also, my friend did undergrad and got in

They will do a background check and require a polygraph.

and I would like to add the polygraph test is an ordeal in itself.

yes it is, i failed it, when they asked if I was a spy, fvcking sucks... because I was 19 at the time, and definitely not a spy

they flew me back a second time, failed it again WTF 🙁

I was more interested in the interviewing process. I know the poly and background check comes after a CJO

No, they poly'd as part of the interview process.... trust me
