Which vehicle?

usually its just 2 tabs that you squeeze while pushing the hose forward to unlatch it, then pull it backwards to remove it.

Would the one here work?

Those connectors can become packed with dirt. They sometimes need to be cleaned out first. Usually with compressed air. Just a heads up.
