You can't. First: it's not available in english, guess it's intentional. Second: according to the description found on the page, it is now pre-vote nomination period. You may make a suggestion, that's all. Currently the most popular suggestions are displayed only. Later, in late august, people may vote on the names that had been suggested earlier. Anyway, it's quite a local news really, nothing you should be interested about I guess. The only interesting stuff about it is that Chuck got nominated and he seems to be quite popular.

You see, in the last field you could enter "Nagyon kiraly arc." (meaning "He's a cool guy"), but, as I said, it would make Hungary a laughing matter... So don't do that...
