I believe they have uncovered secret communication within the German high command that discussed the birth of Chuck Norris. It was determined for the people of Germany a surrender would be more humane. Also a little known fact. Japan disregarded the birth. 3 months later two of their cities went up in smoke. Many believe it was an atomic weapon. But it was actually Chuck Norris being dropped from a B29. Japan realized their error and promptly surrendered after baby Norris decimated a 2nd city.
