Hello guys.
I just ordered a Mushkin Chronos Deluxe 480GB and the IOPS is rated at 42000, which is half the value for the 240gb version. The drive will be used as my OS drive and I will have all my games on it as well.
Does the lower IOPS matter too much for the above purposes?
I don't really care about benchmarks, just real use.
Also, the Chronos Deluxe will be replaying my Intel X25 80gb, which has Windows 7 on it and usually 1 game so I know that no matter what, I will be blowing away the Intel X25 performance in all likleyhood, which I am very happy with.
Thanks.
