Chrono Trigger in US???

No, I have the one for SNES and I have the sequel to it (Chrono Cross). But I know that they released Chrono Trigger for PSX in Japan. I was just wondering if they were releasing it in US for PSX.
 
Nope, there are no plans to bring it over. I heard they just added some FMV anyway so it's no big deal. I'm going to try to get the import because it's my favorite RPG series (playing Chrono Cross on VGS right now). Somebody was looking a while back for the .iso of the the game so they could translate it and release a patch, but I don't know if that went anywhere. The US isn't viewed as a big enough market to support projects like a re-release of a classic RPG. Otherwise, we would have gotten all those final fantasy games and the Secret of Mana 3 (I have the english-patched rom of SOM3).
