I'm a big fan of Chrono Trigger and of course the entire Final Fantasy series. Somehow I managed to miss this one.

I'm about half-way through the game. So far the story seems very un-inspired. I don't know, it just doesn't seem to flow.. I feel like I'm playing it just to play it. The battle system is pretty cool but seems to be lacking something. (nothing beats the materia combinations in ff7)

I don't know, maybe it gets better once the story unfolds some more. After seeing tons of perfect 10 reviews It seems like it should have to get better.

Anybody else have opinions on it?

 
There's a couple cool things that tie into Chrono Trigger...but since there are a number of possible endings to the game, you might not always see everything (depending on what you do/see in the game).

Other than that...yeah, it was alright.
