For the last two months anytime I open chrome I get this network error. Its really annoying. Sometimes I can just refresh the page and it will fix it but most times it doesnt. If I use edge it works just fine. Any idea whats causing this and how to fix?

Apparently it also causes you to post in the wrong forum.

I too have noticed a network error on occasion. I also noticed that I dont get results from Google. I get sidetracked to ads from a server that is clearly not Google.

I suspect malware. Try running a malware scanner.
