Chrome userscripts: It was working a couple days ago!

What changed?

I created a userscript a few days ago and added it to Chrome. It was working fine.

Today, it's not working. In chrome://extensions, it's grayed out with the "Not from Chrome Web Store" message. I cannot place a check mark to enable it.

A looong time ago, I had heard that Chrome started restricting these things more to block malware. I already have "developer mode" enabled.

Why did it work just a few days ago and suddenly stop?
 
Lame, but I added my personally made extensions to the Chrome store. Maybe you could do the same with your script?

Nah. It's really just a personal enhancement for web sites I use internally at work.

Anyway, I heard that Chrome locked it down a looong time ago, so I have no idea why my script worked just a few days ago and doesn't work now.
