Chrome sidebar is way too zoomed in, help!

The toddler got to banging on the keyboard and evidently changed some setting in the Chrome browser. Web pages look fine but if you go to "inspect element" the sidebar is either set to a huge font or perhaps the view is zoomed way in. The resulting mess is so out of proportion that I can't make heads or tails of any of it.

How does one reset this setting or lower the font size?

Would a screen cap help? How does one post a picture to the forum? I used Image Shack in the past but they are not free anymore.
