Does anyone know which car comes with these from the factory?

I'm thinking possibly a Cadillac or some cheesy American car.

Anyway, I would like to kick in the groin anyone who puts these on their car. Repeatedly. Until no more baby making. Thx

The dumbest thing about the chrome pillars is . . . Pillars are supposed to look unobtrusive! That's why they're matte black! If car designers had their way, there would be an uninterrupted expanse of glass.

OP, do you happen to hate the new Jag XJ? They actually chromed the c-pillars on it. And sorry, but I actually think the chrome b pillar looks ok on that Genesis sedan. Not really my thing, but far from awful, and certainly not anywhere close to warranting the rage dump from you.

Certain cars look good with chrome accents along the windows.

I'm looking at a chrome C pillar, and you've just owned yourself.
I don't think OP was referring to the C-pillar, or the window surround. He was referring to B?

Like Bob Lutz, I do agree that chrome surround trim makes a car look better.

I don't think there is any current production car sold in the US that has chrome B pillar as a standard factory option. I'm sure dealers somewhere are applying this crap...especially Chyrsler dealerships with the 300c's...that is the car I see most often "modded" witha chrome B-pillar.

my car has body colored B pillars hidden underneath the rubber plastic, i prefer the matte black, as for chrome , chrome pillars looks bad but chrome trim can look great

dads car has glossy black B pillar

The only thing dumber than these are those stick-on gills (for the front quarter panels). I see them on all sorts of cars (even a minivan or two) that obviously never had them stock from the factory. I laugh every time.

Those stick-on gills are very popular with the Hispanic crowd down here.

*sigh*... and the really sad and funny thing is that these same people probably complain that they never have any money.

I'll see your B-pillar chrome moldings, and stick-on fender ports, and raise you a landau top. This was parked next to me at work one day. I've since blacked out the side window surround trim and front grill on the G8 as I didn't even like that.

concorde isnt really a huge amount of money, and really... a 12.95 accessory from auto zone isnt going to make or break anyone that can afford the cost of any vehicle.

How gaudy. Real cars and their owners let the engine do the talking and don't need to falsify their car with fake chrome and gold shit.

I prefer subtle matte metallic machined finish used sparingly for non painted trim bits, including wheels.

When I replaced my hood vents and quarter scoop inserts with anodized billet pieces, I went flat black. A lot easier to maintain indefinitely, won't fade or warp like plastic (or chrome plated plastic which most of that stick on junk is). Just thought the black like the factory plastic pieces would be more natural for a dark charcoal color car instead of bright silver pieces sticking out in random places.

Trying to find a replacement rocker panel moulding for the Camry, all I can find online is retarded chrome stick on garbage. Pimp out my 15 yr old Camry yo.

Around here it's hispanics with the chrome stick on fender arches. Ghetto'ed out V6 Mustangs and Camaros with chrome fender arches, faded yellow altezza tails, peeling clear coat, and a $200 sub from Walmart are all the rage. Though I'm not complaining, better that than someone destroying say.. a Cobra or M3 or something.

It's not the cost of the accessory, but the wasting of money on it in the first place. Those who drive a Concorde most likely don't have a lot of money to be wasting.
