Chrome ORB for T-Bird 700?

I'm building a system for a friend of mine and wanted to know if this HSF was any good or just for show. I've never installed one (CORB) - Is there any thing special that I need to know? What type of temps should I expect w/o overclocking with a case that has great air flow?
 
A Chrome Orb on a T-Bird 700 should be no problem at all if you're not overclocking, especially if your case has good airflow.
