Chrome + Hotmail (outlook.com) issue

Chrome 33 - when I go to my hotmail (url shows live.com), the page randomly reloads at least once per session after maybe 30 seconds of being on the page. I could be reading an email or composing a brand new one, and it just reloads the whole page disrupting what I was doing (ie. clears what I was writing). Anyone else? Just hotmail's site seems to be doing it.
 
Seems to reload when I check Hotmail on my android too using the Mail app. I'd be reading and scrolling through an email then all of a sudden it goes away like it's reloading then it says "Download Complete." as if I clicked on something. But it doesn't actually download anything anywhere. Perhaps something is added as a script in Hotmail emails that shouldn't be?
