Chrome and occasional chime when clicking on back button

Recently I have been getting a chime sound coming from my speakers when clicking on the back button on the Chrome browser. It does not matter what website I'm visiting when this happens and happens occasionally. I reinstalled Windows 10 Professional a few days ago but the chime still happens. It's the Windows default chime. Is there a way to get rid of it when using Chrome?
