Chrome 65 removes get more extensions option in the menu, why?

Now you click menu button, More tools, Extensions, you will only see installed extensions, there is no link or menu option to go to Chrome Web Store.

Why? Does this make user experience better?

was really annoyed when they moved it from the main menu to "more tools" a cpl versions ago
