Chrome 45 is here. Where is the miracle that Google promised?

Few weeks back Google Chrome official promised that version 45 will be a come back of theirs with reduced RAM hogging. I don't see any of it happening on my Chrome. :twisted:

Google says it sees a 10 percent reduction of memory usage on average, but complex Web apps like Gmail see up to 25 percent reduction in memory used.

Why is Gmail a complex website to begin with? How hard can it be to just show me my mail? Gmail is really throwing off the average! Without Gmail, Google+ and Google Groups sites I'll bet the average is probably less than 5% (1/20).

you don't use an AdBlocker??

Man these days if I look at any webpage without an adblocker I'd throw up due to the amount of ads and how they distract me from the main content. I am allergic to ads.
