Since my Chrome browser updated itself to version 30, I've noticed that occasionally when clicking a link with the middle mouse button to open a new tab in the background, the pop-up blocker will stop it from launching. I can't remember if it's only on Engadget or if I've seen it on other sites as well. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you want to try, scroll to the bottom of the article and middle mouse click on the link in "Number of 'likes' on Nokia's first official Instagram photo: 367". All of the other links in the article work fine for me.
