christwire.org, one of the most disturbing websites I have seen.

I apologize if you agree with the views and opinions of this site, it is not my intent to offend anyone. My personal reaction was that of shock at the level of misinformation (again, just my opinion) and level of "hate" in a so-called "christian" site. Here are some of the articles I browsed:

http://christwire.org/2010/08/is-my-husband-gay/

http://christwire.org/2009/10/the-g...generation-of-american-boys-into-homosexuals/

Here is a quote from that last article:

As you can see, “M” leads to very dangerous things in a child’s life. It is already advised that you seek the help of a Christian counselor and your local church if your child starts to fall into this lifestyle. How much sadness will you have in your heart when you get a call from the police or local morgue, telling you that your daughter has turned up dead, a diseased prostitute finally done off by her dan for the night, and could you please come to ID her body. You will cry and as you look up her ravaged body, in your heart you will know all of this started because you didn’t talk to her about the dangers of ‘Vegetable Delight’ games and that one odd carrot or missing cucumber; you missed the signs.

Ouch! Almost lost for words here.

There are lunatics in every religion; the internet has just made them much more visible.

Do we really need to bring this up again?

Oh, and not only that, if you don't see that this whole site is satire, you're fucking stupid. It's a Christian version of The Onion.

As has been said somewhere in the Bible and in the movie "Man with the X-ray eyes"

If thine eyes offend thee, pluck them out!

If it is truly a joke site, I will admit it fooled me. It is very convincing since I know people with this line of thinking.

Yes if only people could be as accepting as you religious fundies.

at least most of us don't try to silence your right to free speech

when was the last time we prohibited you from speaking about evolution in a church? Cause prayer in schools is not allowed.

Last time I checked churches were private institutions and could choose to limit speech in any way the owners please. Prayer is allowed in public schools so your point is moot.

Students are allowed to pray in public schools you nitwit, it's the schools themselves are not allowed allowed to endorse them. You might know this if you weren't taught some crazy religious home school course.

I guess we should sue my public school then.

I guess you should if you were specifically told that you are not allowed to pray in school on your own time.

In class it might become a problem though since you'd be the only one mumbling your mumbo jumbo hitza hei lawdy this and lawdy do that for me while others were trying to learn.

Yes, these people, much like Osama are actually good people, just misunderstood.

Since you get executed for converting from Islam in many countries, I would say that the Christians get a much worse rap than they should.
