I have been eyeballing one of these for a while, and finally decided to go out and spring for one of them this weekend.
Ruger 10/22 Stainless with Heavy Barrel

I have a couple of 10/22 rifles already, but I wanted a heavy barrel one to toy around with, and one that can better compete at the monthly .22 matches we have here in town.
The scope is a Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40mm tactical scope with a mil-dot reticle. I got the rifle, scope, scope rings, and background check for $580 today.
Next thing I need to go is get the barrel threaded (or get a separate threaded barrel for it, haven't decided which yet) so I can use one of my .22 suppressors, get a trigger job done, buy a Harris bipod for it, and fine tune the scope and get it properly sighted in. I also want to get a nice Boyd's aftermarket stock for it as well, but that can wait for now.
I would have taken it out shooting today, but the snowstorm we are in the middle of isn't so nice to shoot in.
