Christmas Movie "KNOW IT ALLS" Check in Please

I am looking for a particular movie based on A Christmas Carol. It is an older version of the movie, but is a musical. Scrooge is met by the 3 ghosts, and the Ghost of Christmas Present sings a song called "I Like Life" and he wears a holly crown and a big green rob. When the Ghost of Christmas Future shows up, People sing Thank you Very much to scrooge because he is dead and all their debts are now cancelled. Is this movie Scrooge? or a musical version of A christmas Carol?
 
Probably a musical version. I have what I believe to be the original, and there sure isn't any singing like that.
