Can't wait for lunchtime for another filet sandwich. mmmm...filet, lettuce, and horseradish sauce on homemade bread. With some shrimp au gratin and asparagus on the side and chocolate torte for dessert. mmmmm......

Hmm...I'm a fan of the "leftover sandwich" when it comes to turkey. Turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce on leftover dinner rolls. mmmm....

We have tons of leftovers. We went to my uncle's house to eat yesterday and our aunt (whom happens to be a Yankee :p) decided it would be a good idea to have Christmas Lasagna instead of turkey, so no turkey sandwhiches for me. Luckily my dad is going to cook a cajun ham, where you boil the ham with a bunch of hot sauce and crawfish seasoning and it taste sooooooooooo good I could eat the whole ham.

Your aunt is nuts. There is no such thing as Christmas Lasagna. How the hell do you make a sandwich with leftover lasagna.
