Christmas gift under $400usd?

This is a gift for my cousin, my budget is 400usd, but it's for christmas. I know he will use it for pc gaming and his 360 mostly.. What would be a good monitor and/or tv on a $400usd budget? Anything affordable with a panel pva?

I did look at the lcd thread but I didn't find the xl2370 or the p2570 or p2570hd. The asus vk looks like a good choice unless there's something better. Yea my cousin got me a ps3 and a 360 for my bday so I can't be cheap.

I won't get into specific models, but 23-25" is pretty small unless he'll be sitting 2 feet from it (like I do with my 24" computer monitor). If he'll be back a ways, then you can probably swing a 32" 1080p TV for that price.
