The writer did sound like they were an amateur trying really hard to tell a narrative and failing miserably. He did have the pictures, so who knows, could be true.

Either way, I'd tap that ass.

Oh I have no doubt he met her just his narration seemed weak/embellished. What kind of straight single male questions two hot or even average chicks coming in to change, especially two who you have some familiarity with as related to landlord. Sounds a bit like like he was trying to hard to make a political hit job is all.

This part
She asked if she and her friend could come inside our apartment to change into their costumes. She couldn't change at her aunt's place, she said, because she was sleeping and she didn't want to wake her up. Would we mind if she used our bathroom instead?

It was a pretty strange request. Sure, weird stuff happens on Halloween, but I barely knew her, and it isn't every day that someone shows up at your front door and asks to change into their ladybug costume. But I told her it was fine and she was welcome to use our place to get ready.

It didn't take long before the two women—who'd clearly been drinking—were sitting on my couch, beers in hand, trying to convince my roommate and me to join them for a night on the town. Christine was in the holiday spirit dressed in her ladybug outfit. Her friend, who had a female pirate costume on, was much more quiet and reserved. She barely spoke all night.

So much fail here.

Of course she played the sexism card... no denial BTW.

Wilmington, DE – Communications Director Doug Sachtleben stated in response to the universal condoning of the Gawker story:

"This story is just another example of the sexism and slander that female candidates are forced to deal with. From Secretary Clinton, to Governor Palin, to soon-to-be Governor Haley, Christine's political opponents have been willing to engage in appalling and baseless attacks — all with the aim of distracting the press from covering the real issues in this race. Even the National Organization for Women gets it, but Christine's opponent disturbingly does not. As Chris Coons said on September 16th he would not condone personal attacks against Christine. Classless Coons goons have proven yet again to have no sense of common decency or common sense with their desperate attacks to get another rubber stamp for the Obama-Pelosi-Reid agenda. Such attacks are truly shameful, but they will not distract us from making our case to Delaware voters — and keeping the focus on Chris Coons' record of higher taxes, increased spending, and as he has done again here, breaking his promises to the voters."

The National Organization for Women (NOW) on Thursday condemned the tabloid website Gawker for publishing an anonymous account: NOW issued a statement late Thursday stating that "sexist, misogynist attacks against women have no place in the electoral process, regardless of a particular candidate's political ideology."

"NOW repudiates Gawker's decision to run this piece. It operates as public sexual harassment. And like all sexual harassment, it targets not only O'Donnell, but all women contemplating stepping into the public sphere," said NOW president Terry O'Neill.

Hah wow, I think she's even worse than what Palin was turned into. Zero chance of winning, but I'll bet she'll remain a posterchild for holy rollers for years to come. Think books, speeches (yay policy comments from an idiot!) and fox news commentary. Karl Rove Inc.* got a new asset.

*I have no qualms about what the man does, he is BRILLIANT at his craft. I do blame, however, the masses of idiots that don't see thru it and think people like Palin or O'Donnel are real.

Prolly both. If she would just have kept her mouth shut about the masturbation and virginity stuff this would be a non-story.

Outlawing masturbation is silly as outlawing 70s bush!

Has she really said she's in support of outlawing masturbation, or is that just stupid fearmongering? And how would you even police that?!?!

When I see character assassination hit pieces like this...I'm reminded of just how trite and ugly human beings can be. Not an O'Donnel fan btw...just ashamed for some of the shameless hacks we have here.

You should have qualms. Expecting idiots to not be idiots is like expecting babies to use kung fu to guard their candy.

If the entire platform is nouveau-chastity and moral high horse, than this is completely fair game

Her entire platform? You're so full of it. This is all I can find on her website regarding her platform in regard to values.

"Values - Believes our country was founded on core values of faith, family and freedom and will fight to defend those values. Will always fight for maximum choice for parents about where to educate their kids, including private, parochial and charter schools or in the home."

Oooooo....I'm so scared!

Why do you even bother calling other people hacks, honestly?

The real question is:
Would you hit it?
10-03-christine-o-donnell-delaware.jpg_full_600.jpg

She's not exactly ugly, and has a feisty attitude which along with her spacious mouth could come in handy. Sure, but it would be one of those "just don't talk" situations. Too funny about her un-groomed garden. I thought it was the unwashed ignorant liberals who were all hirsute?

Story, if true, comes as no surprise. I've known more than a few outspoken and religious conservative women who at some point put their upstanding morals on hold when they feel like being complete cockaholics.

And the mystical aura surrounding O'Donnell grows and grows. Looks like after her failed attempt at getting elected, she will join Palin and Beck and rake in the $$$ on their celebrity status.

Don't these political oddities understand how absolutely foolish they look going around selling themselves as circus freak attractions?

And I don't understand how O'Donnell's supporters, handlers and staff cannot feel absolutely embarrassed at the reputation (notoriety) they're acquiring by being directly associated with her wackiness.

I can't wait to see O'Donnell have a face-to-face interview with Limbaugh on his show after she loses her bid explaining why she lost.

Surreal.

She will blame the "lamestream" media despite having Sean Hannity in her backpocket.

Conservative chicks are way better in the sack than liberal chicks. Take it to the bank. Generally the crazier they are politically the crazier in the sack. Which can be good, but can also end up with you having abrasions on your back from some kind of plastic cane. Not that...I...would know that. ::shifty eyes::

Have you read any of the news or seen any of the videos about her recently instead of just going by what is on her website - content that she surely did not write herself?

It's not like this release was orchestrated by the DNC. And if we're talking about low blows, this is far from the lowest (e.g., Bush's "push-polling" SC registered Republicans by asking about John McCain's "illegitimate black child"). For what it's worth I think the O'Donnell story is unseemly and irrelevant, and I would not have published it, but that doesn't make it the product of a left-wing conspiracy.
