In case you haven't noticed, public schools also fire teachers for doing things that are perfectly legal (making adult movies, drinking alcohol etc). If there are certain standards of behavior that are part of the job requirement, then you can either adhere to them, or choose a different job. They are perfectly legal activities, and yet people can (and do) get fired for engaging in them. Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean you can't get fired for doing it. Further, as I already pointed out, having sex and getting pregnant are indeed perfectly natural, but that doesn't mean it has to happen outside of wedlock.
