there are already plenty of rules about penalties for baseless claims, judges rarely levy them. we want everyone to have their day in court.
and your own posts shows the problem: what if a lawsuit seems to have no merit, but actually does?
of course, if this thing gets tossed out at summary judgment, it'll never be reported.

I waited at El Torito once for 30 minutes and was escorted to the main center of the restaurant. We later noticed that after seating, half the tables were empty. Why did they make us wait? The service was slow and the bill took too long to come. The following morning I emailed headquarters of El Torito and told them my experience.
A few days later, I get a call and a apology plus a $50 gift certificate to be used at another El Torito. This same restaurant that I used is now closed and taken over by another restaurant chain.

Sheesh, can't we have just one "Whites only" resteranunt chain just for us and our Klan folk. I mean, come on, first they took Denny's, now this. Where's a white man to eat in peace??!!

hopefully she loses. a 30 minute wait and then being offered a free meal (wich she says she said they did not want to eat) she is going to have a hard time. it really depends on the jury.
IF it goes to court. odds are cracker barrel will setltle out of court due to the past lawsuits it has had.
What a piece of dirt. You know, for all the blacks who claim "racial discrimination," it's mostly them who keep pushing the race issue.

I hope the judge actually has some common sense and laughs her out of court. But if that happens Sharpton will raise hell over it.

Here's what I think should happen:
1. Judge throws lawsuit out.
2. Judge then tells Al Sharpton that, as the person financially responsible for bringing the lawsuit to court, he's responsible for all legal fees.......for BOTH parties!
3. Judge lets Chris Rock's mom sit in jail for 10 days, for bringing frivilous lawsuit to court........Al Sharpton is told he's free to join her there, if he so wishes.
Of course, we don't live in a perfect world, so it's much more likely that Cracker Barrel will settle out of court, and this will not spend more than 5 minutes in front of a judge, if any time at all. Thank you, Mrs Rock, for wasting more of my tax dollars! :roll:

I would settle out of court for a lifetime supply of their biscuits and jelly.....and maybe some cornbread to....hell, their hot fudge sundaes rock, gimme those as well. Sh1t, better throw in free food for life and all of the cool retro toys I want.
