Rush Limbaugh accuses Obama of manipulating hurricane forecasts to delay the GOP convention!

I'd like to see those who wish to counter this documented assertion to do so with fact-based, linked and documented rebuttals, and not just rhetorical deflection.

Which documented assertion? I see here only your assertion that Limbaugh made such an assertion but listening to your link to Limbaugh I hear only claim after claim that he is making no such assertion, that he alleges no such conspiracy but that he is sharing his thought process and incidentally showing us what it means to look suspiciously which he has every right and duty to be.

If we take your assertion as fact that Limbaugh was lying when he was not alleging a conspiracy a logical argument could be made to his supposed claims by checking such things as whether there have been such large shifts of course predicted in the past or not, checking his claims of times and dates, as he himself questioned, etc. He was open to just such a rational discussion because he didn't want to be wrong and said so.

So I hope we can dispense with the irrationality of your argument now. Limbaugh made no such assertions as you claim and the proof is him saying he was making no such assertions himself in the piece you linked.

Bush - able to manipulate the weather itself to cause harm to short black people in the south and knock out power in New York.

Obama - being unable to manipulate the weather (shakes fist angrily at Bush), he manipulates the weather reports to disrupt the republican convention.

:)

Actually, I like the theory that God caused the hurricane to get close but miss them to chase Biden away. :)

You're no fun, you fell right over.
