Chord Progressions?

Learn the major scale and chord construction. If you understand how to build chords from the major scale it will open a lot of doors for you when writing. You can find information about this at ibreathemusic.com and wholenote.com. I'm sure theyre many other decent websites too. You could always google chord progressions without learning the theory behind.

I think I understand the basics to the major scale. I understand 1 3 5 chords and the different progressions off the major scale, as well as inversions, and variations such as minors, aug, dim, 7th, etc. I'll check out those websites, thanks.

I've been interested in this too. Thanks for the websites stars, I'll check those out. I've Googled "chord progressions" before but couldn't really find anything that made sense to me (or didn't see what I was looking for).
