Choppy DVD playback?

Hi, I use WinDVD 7 and for some reason, DVDs always hiccup every minute or so. Even if I use DVD decryptor and save them directly to my hard drive. Does anyone else experience these stutters? As you can see in my profile, my computer isn't that slow...
 
im pretty sure its got to be your dvd player...thats the only thing i can think of. unless you got something eating up all you resources. while your sitting at your desktop doing nothing does your computer idle at low memory and cpu usage?

You might want to download an try the PureVideo decoder. Install the latest chipset drivers, vid card drivers, ect.
