Choosing the right case ...

At the moment im looking for a new case to incorporate my new stuff i bought, i currently have a Cheiftec Scorpio Case in Black. I have had this case for quite a while now and it's such a good case, very big and very roomy. I like it but i know there are better cases out there that will not break the bank balance. My Chieftec currently has removable HDD Bays and Screwless CD/DVD drive bays which helps a lot. It also can have 4 case fans, which at the moment are all being used. The PC is noisy but i can deal with noise as it's not that bad.

I was thinking about getting a ThermalTake Tsunami Case or a Samurai Gaming Case as they look fantastic and i have not read a bad review on them. However, it seems they only use two case fans in them and im not sure it will be as cool as the case i have now. Im unsure what Case i want to choose i have seen some good ones like Antec, ThermalTake, Coolermaster etc. At the moment my CPU runs at about 34-36c on Idle and goes to 50-55c on Load which isn't bad mind you. I just think it's time for a new case as i have this one for well over a year now.

I hope someone can suggest a good case, i really don't want to make a bad choice, thanks!

So you want to take a chance on someone else making a bad choice FOR you? :) Just pick a case you like, review it, and if it doesn't kill your wallet, buy it. If the one your heart settles on doesn't have as many fan mounts as you think you need mod it, or have someone mod it for you.

Keep the Cheiftec :) You won't find a case that cools better. And one year with the same case is nothing.

You wanted opinions right?

Keep the Cheiftec? Hmm well it is a good case i just thought that there would be much better cases out there with better cooling facilities. It's not like my PC is over heating i just wanted a nicer case as the Chieftec is rather plain looking hehe, it's the old Alienware cases before they used their fancy-pants one.

I wanted opinions, yes of course i did. You can say my PC is carp don't bother me :p

The newer updated style cases have moved to 2 120m/m fans...Some people claim that 2 120's will move more CFM at lower DBA versus 4 80m/m fans.

My favorite case in the price range of the ThermalTake Tsanumi is this Lian-Li from CoolerGuys.

I waited on the Tsanumi and ruled them out of possible builts because of flimsy build quality.

Another great performer is this Antec that is under fifty bucks delivered to your door...Steel construction and no window but probably the best bang for the buck case on the planet.

In my humble opinion of course...Now where is that Nomex fire suit ???

I can feel the flames a coming !!!!!!
