Choosing refresh rate in Win98

I just picked up my old 21" monitor from my previous job, and now I'm wondering where I can adjust the refresh rate? It's not under the advanced properties-->monitor dialog box, even when I've got the correct driver loaded for my monitor. I know this is simple, and I'm overlooking something. Any suggestions?

in display properties...then advanced...then adapter...you'll see refresh rate on the bottom.
