Choosing Monitor and Where to order?

I am torn between getting the:

Dell U2410 (ips), or another IPS with low input lag

Samsung S23A950D (120hz TN Panel),

Alienware AW2310 (120hz)

I'm leaning torwards the IPS panels because I am never going to use 3d and first person shooters represent a fraction of the games I play... also the screen will be used for Console gaming which wouldnt support 120hz anyways. Are there any other IPS monitors that are comparable to the dell with reasonable input lag? :\ If I were to choose a 120hz screen which one is known to be the best as for as low black light bleed and accurate colors?

secondly what is the best online retailer to order from in the event that I need to return the product... newegg, tigerdirect, dells website, amazon??

some suitable IPS monitors, for the most part comparable (unless you're professional photo editing on them or something)
Dell U2412
Dell U2311H
HP ZR24W
HPZR22W

asus ml239 kinda ugly bezel/stand though 😉

amazon doesn't have a good return policy, newegg has always been pretty good to me though
dell i think warranties their products for bad pixels and such, so you can't go wrong buying from them
