Choosing LCD Monitors...

Hi guys, this is the first time I'm building up my own PC.. and now, here's all I got:

Cooler Master CAC-EC5-UWC Silver Centurion 5 Tower Case w/ 380W PSU
ATI Radeon X1600PRO PCI Express 16X 512MB
Pioneer DVR-710 16X16
Seagate 250GB 7200RPM ATA 100 7200RPM Internal HDD

Plan next considering:
GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard
COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power RS-430-PCAR ATX Form Factor 12V V2.01 400W Power Supply (I'm not sure with this one, cuz the case already give me 380W, but Idon't know whether that would be enough or not??? Any suggestion???)
pqi TURBO 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model PQI26400-1GSB

And now, I'm thinking for LCD Monitor.. I'm aiming for 19" but depend on how much would it be the difference between 17" and 19"... do you guys have any recommendations?

Please give some suggestions and comments.. Thanx!

I was about to buy this one on the Black Friday, but when I saw the Monitor, the display was way too dark... and I don't really like it.. however, it has a great price!

and the response time is only 2ms.. so the less the response time, the better is the monitor rite? My budget is around that price, probably.. unless if I would be able to find the good quality.. I was thinking for Dell LCD Monitors, since they have some good monitors.. :-/ but, is there any other ideas and suggestion..? Thanx for the suggestion.. appreciate it
