Choosing HS Courses

In your opinion, is it better to take a variety of courses in different areas, like sciences, arts, humanities, tech, etc, or just focus all your courses on the subject that you're interested in and want to go into?
 
Doesnt matter really in terms of getting into college. But take honors and AP if your school offers it. Also, taking more classes in a subject that interests you can be helpful because if you take more math and physics in HS you will potentially have a head start in college.
