as a hard gamer i went for R9 290 , G990FXA-UD3 , 8 Gb G-Skill RAM , 850 bronze seasonic , 8350 AMD , many guys told me these staff are good , but the thing is you can buy good components but they dont get you the performance you want , while you can lower quality components for which get you a same or slightly higher performance than the more higher editions because the lower ones work in harmony & much better compatibility mode , i am confused , i have no idea on which basis i choose my components to reach that goal , so please tell me if the components i mentioned above are the right match for each other or if they have compatibility issues or if there are replacements for any these components to boost up my total performance , regarding that i stick to the R9 290 , i wont change it , so replacements are considered for the rest of components regardless of their budget changes , it would be helpful if you mentioned nominees ( if there are ) as much as possible cause there aint much of variety in my country

You'd get better gaming performance with a quad core Intel i5/i7 CPU. You'd need an Intel motherboard to go with that.

An 8350 is about 200 bucks... Yes it has 8 cores, but AMD is seriously lacking behind Intel as far as gaming performance is concerned. With that said, I would recommend you swap to an Intel i5 3570k with a z77 motherboard or i5 4670k with a z87 motherboard.

Edit: Just saw that you're probably not in the US. With that said, let us know what the price difference would be of going with one of the two Intel i5 options I mentioned above. Unless it's an astronomical price difference, which it shouldn't be, then you should go with Intel.

The question is are you really facing any compatibility/stability issue(s) with your rig, assuming you;re already using it, or do you wanna replace components just for the heck of it ? Now Intel will give you more perf/watt & generally speaking greater performance overall as compared to AMD's current top of the line FX cpu but it'll cost that much more, depending upon where you live.

k i know intel maniacs are all over most of forums , mostyl saying amd is pretty much retarded for gaming experience comparable for intel , here is another bang for ya

i dont care for ur damn price -_- , i am building up , i dont have yet , my MAIN QUEST is " do the above components compatible for each other , are there others which can do better with the 290 ?? i am not going for i7 also and it seems that ur i5 regardless of its edition fails all ways infront of 8350

here is some similar debate in which u will find reviews of 290 , 8350 owner

ppl on the heck of wat u give advice ??

here is wat happened , i chose the VGA , according to it i choose the other 3 main components , then some idiot claiming to be hardware expert , told me that it deosnt always gives when you go for the higher quality stuff , you get higher performance with different components even if lower if you get to know how to reconciles between , my preferences are based on brands and specifications only , even i despised wat he said but i saw he made a point , not to mention that such a build may cost 7 or 8 k is my country , but i dont care , this post can be answered by someone who already know wat is available in market nowdays , and have experience in dealing with broken hardware or at least he is owner of those

Did you just look at the top half of the "versus" page, or the whole thing?

BTW -- Welcome to the Anandtech forums.

thnx

i am being chased by time factor , i gotta make deal in couple of days , in my country now days market shop owners or dealers just wanna dispose of their stock , they know shit , moreover the worse is that anybody can claim to be phony hardware expert , i need professional help for this , putting aside that i may pay big budget for it , but the main reason is that once i do it , i will not go for higher upgrade or more compatible because of bad choice even though i can afford , so this one shot thingy , i gotta eliminate risks , otherwise i go buy any shit , then couple of month later when i find out it deosnt do the job then i use it as garbage bin

None of those threads/benchmarks are really relevant for gaming. Yes, the 8 core AMD is going to beat Intel's quad core in synthetic benchmarks which utilize all 8 cores. However, that is not the case with the majority of games, which are barely capable of fully utilizing 4 cores.

With that said, I based my advice off of gaming performance between the two CPUs since that's what you said you were going to do.

Here is a relevant benchmark comparing the two:
