Choosing Between 3 Mobo

Should I go with the Abit AN8 Fatality NF4, the DFI NF4 Ultra, or the MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum. I know there is a bit of price difference between the three but just wondering what you guys think. Thinking about running a AMD 3800+ and 6600 Gt video card? this is my first build so any advice is welcome. If I am doing something completely stupid please let me know. Thanks
 
On mobos other than the MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum,

the cool'n quiet features won't work -- I for one value this feature

as the ambient temperature where I live sometimes reaches mid 40s Celcius
