Choosing an mATX 939 motherboard - Gigabyte vs Asus

This link may work: Newegg Comparison

I need a 939 mobo with onboard video that I may upgrade to X2 cpu in the future. I don't do any gaming but I do enjoy high quality parts. I'll spend up to $90.00. I heard the nvidia 6150 chipset is the best choice, so these 2 boards have that.

GIGABYTE GA-K8N51PVMT-9 Socket 939 NVIDIA GeForce 6150 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

ASUS A8N-VM CSM Socket 939 NVIDIA GeForce 6150 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

I have chosen these components to go with it:
Antec Aria
Venice 3200+ (didn't choose HSF yet, can anyone suggest a low profile one?)
1GB Crucial PC 3200 (2x512mb)
WD 80gb SATA
DVDRW IDE

Asus. Besides some OC options, what do the Gigabyte board do better than the Asus board?

Asus you have to buy the TV out backet.
It doesn't come in box. It is component TV so its much better then the S-video out of gigabyte. Also it have DVI.

I would have to go with Asus on this one, unless your TV only takes S-vidoe and not HDMI or Component.

Gigabyte not only includes S-Video standard built on to the motherboard, without using any slot, they also include dongle cable with component out, composite out, and an additional svideo out (because the dongle plugs into onboard svideo multi-port, they needed to add it back in on the end of cable). Comes in the box at no extra charge.

Asus requires you to purchase (if you can find it), the S-Video TV Out / composite TV combo bracket. This is NOT a component connection. You may be able to also purchase a component out dongle, but have not heard of one available for the Asus yet.
