Here's what I'm looking at:

I want a monitor that will be a good all around monitor, but I also want it to be capable of being an HD TV for my xbox 360. My budget is $450 at the absolute max, and preferably less than $400 if possible. I'd like it to be at least 20"

The Dell UltraSharp 2007FP looks like a great monitor, but it doesn't look like the type of thing I could use as a TV very easily.

Will this here work well as a TV and a monitor? I'm seriously considering it. But I'm not really sure of its capabilities.

If there are any other possibilities Im definitely open for suggestion. Thanks for the help guys.

EDIT: Also maybe this: (?) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16889107010

I think the 2007fpw would be the best choice, worked great for me. But either way I would definitly go with a widescreen monitor.

It just need a DVI input and HDCP capability, if I have understood it correctly. HDTV is not used yet where I live, but I hope it will soon.

If you're going to just use the LCD for computer and XBOX360 use, get the 360's VGA adapter (not M$'s version, but Pelican's for 1/2 the price), and run the XBOX360 into the VGA input while running your vid card thru the DVI inputs. You'll then be able to just switch in between them both easily (of course, providing the LCD you get has both analog/digital inputs). :)
