Choosing an LCD: how about this one?

I like the no dead pixel warranty.
Questions:
- Is that a 12ms response time, or 25ms (12.5x2=25)?
- would this particular monitor use an 8-bit panel, maybe (16.7 million colors on this one versus 16.2 million on most of the others)

I've never heard of that brand, but check this thread out for a great deal on a 19" LCD. I got one of them after reading that thread and I'm really happy with it.
