Dude...get the Apollo Pro 133A!!!

For slot1, go for the Asus P3V4X, for socket370, go for the MSI 6309.

First of all, have you bought the CPU yet? If not, it's not too late to avoid a mistake in buying an Intel processor. There is currently no valid reason to choose an Intel for a new system over faster, cheaper, and equally stable offerings from AMD. Even factoring in the (very slightly) higher cost of AMD motherboards, Intel solutions are so hilariously overpriced that you can now build a 1 GHz Athlon system for less than the cost of an 800 MHz Pentium III.

But if you won that CPU as a door prize or something, it might be worth it. In that case, an ASUS CUBX or Microstar 6309 would do the trick nicely.
