I've an OEM Athlon 2800+ XP and was looking for a good priced HSF to cool it down.
It runs at FSB333Mhz, but I have DualChannel 400Mhz Ram, so the faster I get the FSB on the CPU the more efficency I get in the Ram, a double bonus.
I can get this for about £7 (~$11) and was wondering if you guys could gimme any opinions on it

Its the TR2-M4, how far do you think I could safely push the CPU using this fan ?
Also, the dB levels stated on the tr2tt site is 25~40, does this seem like alittle too loud ?
