Choosing 6800gt Card

Hey guys, I'm looking for a 6800GT PCI-E card.

I've seen the:
BFG - http://www.chumbo.com/Info.aspx?id=230220
XFX - http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/...uctCode=321020&ps=top1
eVGA - http://www.atacom.com/program/...m_code=VIDR_EVGA_FX_66

Originally, I was looking at the XFX, but then found out that 2 more companies also made them. It looks like the BFG comes with a 550 PSU.. Why is that? I also noticed it says it's an AGP card, but then it says PCI-E supported... I'm confused.. I don't really know anything about the eVGA.

Can anyone recommend any of those? Which one should I purchase?

BFG.
it uses more power because it is overclocked from the factory. though i doubt you need a 550w ps. it's probably overkill.

also, the bfg is an AGP only card. the power supply is pcie compatible.

ya the card is agp the psu has pci-e compatabilities i belive.

go with BFG, their warrenty is amazing and the factory OC is nice, but u dont need to leave evga out of the picture, they make great cards and have great customer support too.

Alright, thanks man. I think I will. A couple more questions though..

It comes already overclocked? Does this mean its overclocked to the best overclockable settings? And, if I get it could I overclock it even more with other mods or something?

yes you can oc it more. it is rather conservatively oced.

also, the BFG is sorta loud. just a warning cause it has 2 fans.

when your in a game you'll be hearing the sound from the game unless you have your speakers really low, its comon sense, and no, it is not that distracting.
