No, i don't think the leadtek is worth the extra money. Both evga and leadtek are good companies, but the price of the evga right mow is umbeatable( good maker, good retailer).

Just make sure you don;t touch the hsf, thats all.
 
Most GeForce 6600 GT heatsink can easily get pushed/bumped off center, at least causing the GPU to overheat, if not damaging it.
