I had a iPhone 5 32g and switched to a Note 2. They are both good phonese just depends on what you like. For a long time i prefered iOS because there are a lot more niche games and apps in the store, but honestly i did not use them a ton on my phone and more in my iPad which i still had at home. I am loving the note 2 so far and glad i switched. Browsing the web on the iPhone 5 was a bit painful in hindsight now.
I am sure you have to have friends that have either or phone, mess around with them both some, put them in your pocket see which you like better. Thats how i ended up with the Note 2, i was suprised how well it fit in my jeans pocket.
