Choose my Ram - 3 different choices

Ok, so they are for use with an Opteron 170 (the best stepping, cant remmeber off the top of my head) and an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe.

Here are the choices.

Corsair 2GB DDR XMS4000PT TwinX £157.39 (3-4-4-8)

G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 Dual Channel Kit £152.69 (3-4-4-8)

Mushkin 2GB DDR XP4000 Extreme Performance Dual Channel Kit £164.44 (this week only £20 off) (3-4-3-8)

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC4000 Dual Channel Gold GX XTC Series EL-DDR £176.19

Well, what would you guys go for?
I'm assuming PC4000 is the way to go if I'm overclocking? I know you guys might want to recommend other models like the OCZ Platinum range, but these are outside my budget so its out of these. There are however numerous PC3200 models which are in my budget, but that I assumed were not as good for Oc'ing as the DDR500 stuff.

Thanks!
Opinions will be much appreciated!

EDIT: OCZ Added.

Mushkin.

It's only £12 from the cheapest pair there to the Mushkin, which is guaranteed slightly better timings.

A lot of people around here like the G.skill HZ - I personally use value RAM with dividers, so I don't know 😛

But in the US how much cheaper is the G.Skill to the Mushkin?
I'm really not sure, all I do know is that the Mushkin are £20 cheaper this week so they are usually £185. But I just want the best overclocker/performer.

Just decided to go with the G.Skill.
A quick browse through all the user reviews on Newegg show that the G.Skill has had a much better performing record and far more positive reviews aswell.

EDIT: Correction, Newegg user results for the Mushkin show a better average score.
Now I'm just confused lol.

OCZ are way to expensive, but yea, in an ideal 'im not a student im loaded' world, I'd pick the OCZ Platinum range.

Actually, now that I look back, here is whats listed...

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC4000 Dual Channel Gold GX XTC Series EL-DDR £176.19

Worth even more money still?

Too late lol, already bought the ram (and a whole new PC system infact) so it doesnt matter anymore 😛
Went for the Mushkin after looking at numerous reviews etc
No point paying extra for the OCZ for a better looking heatspreader.

They perform near about the same, plus the place I was buying for was out of stock, so it was a no brainer.

Yeah I agree, the extra money is worth it for the good stuff since it's not too much more expensive. I would however ask why you feel the need for such expensive memory, just go with some Corsair VS, you woudn't even notice a diference from this other stuff.
