Watching it here. I got rid of my welder's hood a few years ago, so instead of actually looking at it through stacked lenses, I'm using the "cardboard with a hole in it" projector.

It actually works very well, if you've never done it that way.
 
We have welding glasses but it is still pretty bright. We've been using cholla skeletons to project it. Kind of cool.

Yeah, almost anything will work. While I'm holding the cardboard, you can see the eclipse where my fingers are at.

I don't have a solar filter for my telescope so I just projected the image onto a piece of paper. The sun was already partially obscured by leaves by the time I took it, and not long after it went too low for the telescope to see it.

This was also good practice for the coming transit of Venus on June 5.
