Choice of Motherboard?

Well, I think its about time to replace my BH-6. The floppy doesn't work, the keyboard port is fried, and I have the CMOS battery clip soldered on. I would just buy a new one, but I recently came into a spare radeon 32mb ddr (which is 4x AGP), so I might as well upgrade... so im looking for suggestions, with these specs in mind:

-Slot 1 (using a p3 katmai 450)
-AGP 4x
-ATA-66 or better
-uses SDRAM
-able to overclock the FSB from 100 to 133 easy/stable(cpu at 133x4.5=600)
-cheap is a plus

any suggestions?

The problem with BX boards at 133 MHZ is that they lack the 1/4 multiplier to keep the PCI bus at 33 MHz, so if you are overclocking the processor to 133 MHZ FSB you are also overclocking the PCI to 44 MHz. The ASUS PB3-F is a great board (I am on one now), but the technology is somewhat out of date. I might suggest you consider a socket A board and an inexpensive new processor. You could increase your performance for not much more than the cost of just a new board.
